Ok all, I have done everything asked of me to resolve the issues with drone dissconnecting, pour video feeds, and I still have no real answers or fixes. I have moved to open fields nothing in site, no trees, buildings nothing. but still the drone dissconnects.

What firmware? YEs some of these issues have been brought up, maybe they will be fixed in the next firmware.

that doesn't help us out now,,  I cant even fly over 1000' without an issue, and it has been over 3 months.. so do you know when the next supposed fix will be? or is it going to be just another push off from DJI?

Could you be more specific of the main issue and what troubleshooting you have tried?

The main issue is I can not fly without the drone disconnecting, the live view going green or completely black on the I pad. This all started after the last update . I have uninstalled  the djigo app. reinstalled it, re calibrated, Like i have stated in past postings, I never had an issue until i downloaded the last firmware update, like a lot of people on this site.

how do you post a picture?

Are you being disconnected on 2.4ghz or 5.8ghz? Try changing the frequency.
Turn off video caching in the DJI GO 4 app and see if that improves the video feed.

What worked for me is disabling video cache, it seems to reduce cpu usage a lot on the ipad (warning:you don't have any video recording on your ipad) video recording works fine on the p4p sd card.

Worth a try.

Have you tried removing ALL apps.....all of them! I had to do this for my P4P to stay connected to my Tab S2 in order to keep the aircraft connected all the time. My Tab S2 is now solely dedicated to flying.

Yes I did, I am using I pad 2, dedicated to the drone..

Just curious. What firmware are you running?

how do you post a picture?

You can click Advanced, choose Common Upload, then Choose File, next go through the pop up menus and choose the picture to upload, when the pic shows up in the window.

Please check the current firmware of the controller and APP, and link RC to see if it works.
You can check it by powering the drone and controller>launching the APP >General Settings>About.
