Is GO 4 ready for iOS 11 on iPad mini/ iPhone?

Anyone have even got it already and tested it?

DJI GO 4 for iOS v4.1.10 has been released in phases. So some of the users might receive the update notice but some will not.

Go 4 works fine on iPad mini 4, iPad Air 2, and iPhone 7plus running iOS 11. I've had the public GM version of iOS 11 for about a week now and I've had no issues yet. I am however running v4.0.8 of Go 4 though.

Zero problems. DJI Go 4 IOS 4.0.6, firmware v01.03.400.

FW 01.04.0000, App 4.1.10, iOS 11... flew 3 batteries today... no complaints

Same here. Didn't notice any differences. Quickshots worked well, didn't try Dynamic Home.

Working fine here with both iPad mini 4 on iOS 11… and Google pixel XL android 8.0 (Oreo)

All good with my 7 Plus, with latest FW, no issues. Rebooted all three RC, AC and phone/app.

iPad 4 Mini Wi-Fi...

No problems with IOS 11 and DJI GO 4, I was using it since the beta 8 release. I have the GM installed now on an iPhone 6, a 7+ And an iPad Pro. I am still using DJI GO 4.1.5 on IOS and 4.1.3 on Android. My Mavic is on .0900 firmware

Yes I have iphone 7 + and ipad mini 2 with ios 11 and it worked perfect, I made GO4 update as well

I have no problem with my iPad Mini4 and IOS 11

Any official communication from DJI ? It can work perfectly but what about the DJI Care  and warranty ? Can DJI refuse to take in charge because of the version of iOS not validated ?

I see people complaning about the compatibility on other forum and Facebook communities

I'm bit scared to update my iPad mini4 to iOS 11

This doesn't make any sense. DJI has issued GO 4 updates for both IOS and Android on there app sites. Just because DJI hasn't updated their own web site, should not mean that they don't support the apps they have released to the app sites.
when you click on the "get iOS app" it take you to the iTunes web site for GO 4.1.11 app. so just because they are behind in updating their web site comment, doesn't mean that they don't support they newer app. Even in the FW release notes, they are referencing the more current GO 4 app version, although they haven't commented on what they did to version 4.1.11 that was released only 3 days after 4.1.10.

But, that being said, you need to go with you are comfortable with. Most of the time there are down falls in rushing into using updated software before it has been really tested out. I know, I have bricked a computer or two doing just that. But so far I have been lucky (knock on wood) with the Mavic FW, GO 4 and iOS updates. I say a small prayer before taking off and a big Thank You, when it returns to home safely after each update.

No problems. iPhone 6S and iPad Mini wifi only, Both IOS 11, Go 4.1.11, Mavic and Controller on 1.04.00

Installed the latest app on my iPad Mini 2 running iOS11 and it connects to the Mavic running the latest firmware. Couldn't actually fly with it since I'm at home here in the DC RFZ, but fwiw. Need to fly this weekend so I'm still holding off on updating my AT&T iPhone 7 for now.

Why does the DJI GO 4 app force me to sign into my account? I am now totally disconnected from my drone and controller without it. Can I use another app to be able to fly and use my Mavic Pro?

I upgraded my iPad Pro 10.5" tablet to iOS 11 two days ago. That upgrade process was horrible, but now it works as expected. The DJI Go app is the current release, as is the firmware on my Mavic. I flew today, put 3 batteries through it and it worked great. No complaints.

You need to sign into the app like the rest of us its not just an issue for you

I'm having an issue with my iOS 11 iPhone 7 plus. Says gimbal is disconnected. Works completely fine with Android phones though. But I can't get any kind of transmission to my iPhone though the app anymore.

Here another message from Twitter DJI support : Hi, Anis, thanks for contacting DJI Support. "Most users reported there is no problem after updating iOS 11. A few customer said the RC cannot connect to APP, we have suggested to refresh it via iTunes, still waiting for feedback, I would suggest to wait a moment until it gets stable, what do you think? "

Yes, I am using iOS 11 since June with the Mavic Pro and it's working well.

This morning I updated my iPhone 7 and iPad 2 to IOS 11. DJI GO app was also updated, to version 4.1.11. DJI GO on both iPhone and iPad. After launch there are new splash screeens, new ULA agreements, and permission to access photos and location, I am asked to log into my user account. Unfortunately the iPhone keyboard will not appear when you tap on the password field. I have re-entered my email address (successfully) but once again there is no way to enter my password. Deleted the DJI GO app several times, reinstalled from app store, same issue persists.  Does anyone know what might be going on? My last resort is now to restore my phone from a iTunes backup from earlier this month (in progress now), and prior to the IOS 11 update, along with whatever DJI GO app version is in that backup. Seems like a bad bug that would keep me out of the air with my Mavic...

I’ve seen many people have this issue!, once I installed I had to log in and went through like any other login process I don’t understand why it would work for some and not others? But hope you sort it!
