Hi,

My second battery seems to have a lot of problem with Temperature.
I retreive it totaly discharged and it have a lot of problem to be charged.
fourth LED blinks twice (low temperature).
The problem is that temperature is 16-17°C or more. No freeze !
I have no problem with the other battery











It's a original DJI battery bought from Amazon.fr

16.7°C tonight is more that the 12°C inside "warm" drone !
A defect temperature probe ?

Send it back to Amazon.

Send it back... nothing else to do... You can't open it up, you can't shake it till it's fixed.  It ain't gonna fix itself.

More than 8 charges but charge counter seems having a problem too.

I've submited a ticket  #751254.

My understanding is the temp you see is the battery temp, not the air temp and not the AC temp.  So if you keep your battery overnight in the cellar or near an open window (for example), the battery may be cold.  I've read posts on the other site where the AC won't start up with a battery that's below 15 C, and the message says to warm up to 20 C minimum.  I've read other posts that complain the AC goes to auto land due to a battery that's around 17C.  I try to fly with a battery that's always at 20C or more - especially in cold weather.

It may take a couple of charging times, to have that counter show one full charge.
You would need to drain a battery down, each time, to get a proper number of charges.


I wish DJI would bring back the estimated battery life, in the iOS firmware.
