I just updated to the last firmware version 1.9.20 and now the gimbal it's disconected  .... I am out of ideas .

Try reinstalling.

I would try to reinstall too.

I tried to reinstall the firmware and even downgrade but seems even not able to read the SD card at all

After power up the drone, the gimbal camera is not booting (auto calibration) others:

Weird thing is that I still can receive the video transmission from camera, but the gimbal as is not connected is not moving at all.

You can check the gimbal cable.  Just lift out of connection and then reinsert.  That just resets it.  But, don't see how an update could mess that up. Was update  a success ?

Could the controller control the drone? How about linking RC?

Yes , I can control the Drone during flight , but I can not control camera at all: the camera is not booting in the center possition .

Please check the cable whether it was damaged or loosed. If still no helps, please send it in for check and repair: http://www.dji.com/support.
