Please verify that this policy is effective as part of repairs that are performed UNDER WARRANTY.
How can DJI decide to replace the customer's product with something else entirely if the customer is PAYING for them to REPAIR the one sent to them.
Considering DJI's track record regarding their ineffective testing of the drones before sending them out, I am making a dreadfully prediction here... When I receive the drone, I am guessing that I experience at least one of the following...
buzzing/vibrating gimbal and the subsequent "shaky" video
crooked horizon
camera constantly pointing left
unable to connect RC to AC
if the latest FW has been loaded at factory, unstable flight
I will very sad when this happens. Hopefully I am wrong.
BTW... still not happy that I am receiving a product back that is 2 1/2 months older than the one I purchased when all I wanted, and payed for, was my drone to be repaired with the part that were mutually agreed upon.
