All this happen after 1.9.20 firmware update
Gimbal do nothing after power up but still feed video,



Additional Information

Not Working:
- Reset Camera/Gimbal Failed
- Aircraft Status has no information about SD card, even it was inserted and formated several times and try 2 memories; exFAT, FAT32 none each working.
- Can not move the camera after power up
- SD card not recognized anymore after installed the last firmware 1.9.20
- Aircraft Status do not say nothing about the SD card even inserted

Working:
- Firmware update was success (according to DJI Go)
- Video feed is working perfect
- Linked again with the RC, not problem with RC

This issue suddenly happen , since last flight the Bird was working perfect then let me suspect about the last firmware installation,
The problem is that now I can not reinstall the firmware one more time , or even downgrade it because I lost the communication with the SD card.

Can you do a gimbal calibration, then power it up again?

Can't promise anything, but it might trigger the jinx,

Thanks for your help, none of this command are working: "center camera" or "gimbal calibration"
After pressed this commands app just do nothing.

One hope got now is to wait for next firmware comes up, but no sure how long time need to wait for it normally ? or even if the bird will let me install it as the SD card reader seems not be completely disabled with last firmware.

That might mean sending it in for repair.

If the sd card isn't being recognized, how would you even attempt to install the next firmware update?
