i have watched tons of tutorials and read tons of guides. still i have no idea what's wrong. my RC & drone just can't seem to link. RC is red, drone all 4 wings are red. I have tried resetting but the drone just won't "beep" after holding the power button for however long ... it just doesn't respond. I tried charging the batt to full and trying, but to no avail.

yes, all is up to date

Solid red rear lights, signify a critical error according to the manual

you'll have to contact DJI to get a recommendation on what could be causing it.

do you have another battery?

should i try another battery?

Please connect with DJI GO and check what's the error message. Changing to another battery will be helpful to verify the issue.

Where you able to make it work with an other battery? or still having the issue?
