Hi,

I am using the Spark for a couple of weeks and I am very happy with the images and video results.
There is only one thing. Sometimes, randomly the gimball does not turn all the way down. It stops at 3/4 of the turn down.

Is someone having the same issue here? Or does DJI knows a solutions?

I haven't ran accross this issue on my spark.  Might want to contact DJI for assistance

If you’re in sport mode it won’t go beyond about 60 degrees downward. Flying in P mode the gimbal will point all the way down.

thanks, never noticed it as I don't fly in sport mode often

Hm maybe I didn't checked when I was in Sport mode. Will test tomorrow!

Daveddo is right about the degree. Please check if your spark is in sport mode.

You guys are right. Wasn't sharp enough that day to found out that it was in Sport mode So problem solved!

Crazy I've been flying the spark for over a year now and never noticed that till yesterday. So it does not go all the way down on sports mode?
