Recently updated my iPhone 7+ to ios 11 and it completely bricked my OSMO Plus camera. Tried deleting and redownloading as suggested my support. When it did connect it wouldn't let me select the OSMO +, instead it changed to Phantom3, without an option to change.

With a new update, it would make sense to update the DJI Go app and the firmware. Any idea when this will be fixed? So frustrating....

Can you try to reset your Osmo? Initial reports from customers have stated that the new operating system did not affect their products. Please let us know what happens.

Have you tried to power cycle the Osmo to see if this helps? Turn it off for a few moments, the same with your smart phone then start both up and try to connect.

I’m having the same problems after updating to ios11. I have tried reinstalling, on & off both devices but still unable to connect. Please help.

I suggest to refresh iOS 11 via iTunes to see if it works.

I just updated to iOS 11 and connect my DIJ OSMO, it seams like the phone connects to the DJI but the OSMO now no longer stabilizes the image.  I’ve tried resetting the Osmo, taking out the battery, and restarting my iPhone but nothing seems to work.  I’m certain it was caused from iOS 11 because I don’t use the Osmo 2 to 3 times a week to record my kids sports games. Last night when I went to try to record my daughters game it stopped working

My problem was caused by too many iphone trying to connect to the same Osmo mobile!
