In DJI Go app under flight list, all of a sudden my video and camera info is not showing. Length of video and number of pictures taken is not showing. Everything else is fine. Anyone else have this or know what the problem is?

Are you in the full screen? Please post the screenshot, I'd like to check.

After reading your post i checked DJI GO on my phone..and also saw no vids or pictures..  Re- syncing the data solved that issue.

Yes, I'm in full screen. Sorry, tried to add a screen shot picture from my photos but only asks for an address.

Just to verify, did you take pictures or videos in the recent flights? Please sync your  flight records and check if it helps.

James, if you take pictures during the flight, the APP will select four pictures automatically and display in the flight records. Please make sure your flight records have been synced successfully.

If i remember right you also has the+, + for added limitations ....

As you can see  at my pictures in this thread i also have no profile picture on my P4P minus (+) ...
No my biggest concern but just add to the missing features of this expensive "top model". :-/

I am not sure it would have made a difference if i have had account with profile picture here, before i bought and registered it.

Frank, which mobile do you use? Have you tried to re-install the APP?

Also, switching to another recommended mobile might be helpful to verify the issue.

I use iPhone 6, always have. That is not diferrent and I have tried reinstalling the app? Could it be that I reformatted the sd card? Does that have necessary info on it? Not sure what else?

Sorry, do you refer to the four selected pictures? If yes, I'm sorry that this feature cannot be disabled. The qualified pictures are saved in the SD card, you may check them there. If there is any further question, feel free to contact us.
