Hi Guys,

I have read some of the Italian drone regulations and seems like there are very strict regulation on flying drones in Italy. I don't want to get into any trouble and wanted to confirm whether is it legal to fly drone over unpopulated area in Tuscany or Mountain site like Monte Baldo?

I have downloaded an android app called Airmap and those places looks ok to fly.

You should be fine in the countryside, in an unpopulated area.  I visited myself recently.  Be advised that the distance (vertical and horizontal) limits are lower than some other countries.  https://www.dronezine.it/english/

You should be fine so long as you follow the regulations and use common sense.
