Dear Members and DJI,

I purchaed a DJI Care Refresh Agreement with a new drone..The vendor sent me a refurbished unit instead which I never registered or flew.
I sent the refurbished one back and they sent me a new Mavic which I have registerd and am flying.

My DJI Refresh care agreement still has the original refurbished units serial & gimbal #'s on it. How do get the new drone serial & gimbal re registered?

The vendor has been no help so far.. Called and nothing ever gets fixed.

If you haven't already, I'd recommend sending an email to djicare@dji.com to have the new serial numbers transferred accordingly.
