I cannot seem to read anything on my SSD card.  Cinelight doesn't see anything in the library.  I can format the card from within the DJI GO app and it acknowledges that the card was successfully formatted.  But when I record a video, nothing appears in Cinelight.  It appears as if the card reader may not be working??   How can I check that out??  I have no other way to read these SSD cards except my DJI supplied card reader.

Stuck in DJI-limbo.

Are you seeing anything in terms of files on the card? What type of aircraft are you flying?

Please check if the SSD card remaining capacity changes when you take video, make sure the SSD can save files.
When you insert reader to your computer, what is the color of working status LED? Will it blink blue?
Besides, what is the model of you computer and the version of Cinelight?
