Since upgrading my DJI GO4 app to v4.1.10 (2959) my battery serial number is not being reported when I download my flight records to either Airdata, NVdrone or Kittyhawk. All  these sites used to download flight records correct from DJI until I updated. IS anyone else having this problem?

Sorry, for the third party sites, we are not able to provide support.  Is there anything wrong with the DJI GO 4 APP itself or the battery? If yes, please provide more details for better assistance.

THis has nothing to do with the 3rd party sites. Looking at the data loge stored on the iPhone by the pre 4.1.10 app around the end of the log file it contained this information.

If you look starting at character # 312 it has the aircraft name "FatDash AF1". At character # 392 it has the battery serial number "0C0AE5UB320PY7". There is other valuable information like aircraft SN, etc.

Now lets look at the same area from the logs after upgrading the ios app to version 4.1.10.

As you can see the aircraft name is at character # 331 "FatDash AF1". The aircraft serial number is at character # 363 "0BMLE5P016003R". But what is now missing is the battery serial number.

I use this information to track the usage of my batteries for maintenance purposes. It is valuable to me.

I have also included the 2 log files. DJIFlightRecord_2017-09-16_[18-37-26].zip is pre DJI GO4 app v4.1.10 and DJIFlightRecord_2017-09-24_[15-54-39].zip is post DJI GO4 app v4.1.11.

It is a Spark.

Thanks for reporting. We will check battery sn part and fix this issue in future DJIGO versions.
