Hi everyone,

since some time I have an issue with my Mavic Pro: My Smartphone states "Aircraft disconnected" midflight. I still can take pictures, fly back safely - hell, sometimes the RC even reconnects with the UAV - and loses it again shortly afterwards. The FPV-feed is sometimes laggy and in very low resolution.

I had limited free thus flying time in the past months, so I am adressing an "old" but still existing problem. New firmwares and USB-cables haven't solved the issue.

How can I get this fixed?

lot of reasons ! What phone do you have ? android ? Iphone ? how are you connected to the RC ? USB ? Micro Usb ...provide us more information to support you !

Hi.

I have flown several batteries with full control of Mavic and the best video connection with the text "Aircraft Disconnected" standing at the top of the app. It's sometimes in the Android version of DJOGO4 v4.1.7 and 4.1.8. It obviously does not matter and must be considered for an additional free DJI bug.

It's like Landbo describes, but I have the slight feeling, it might bite me at some point...

So should I stop being worried and take it for "a free bug" or is there a way I can get rid of it?

try with all others applications killed + phone in "Airplane mode"
Delete your cache (Video)  in DJI go
and tell us if it is better ?

With android depending of the phone it is sometimes unstable.

Are you on android 6.0 or 7.0 ?

I have an HTC A9 and it is on Nougat (7.0)
