Hi, after i downloaded and installed the latest firmware update from the dji go app i turned off the drone because the processe was completed. i did not restarted the drone like the app asked because i was going to use it the day after anyway. the next morning i turn on the drone ad for surprise i did not found the new upadate but still the old one, I tried to check manually for the app but the status was "latest firmware" and the same is for dji assistant app for pc still says to me there is no update available yet and the old firmware is the last one, how to i risolve this problem? thanks for all for your help.
P.s. I allready tried to unstall dhe dji 4.0 app from my device and installing it back again and still it's says there are no latest firmware.

the firmaware version is currect but the new features are not available, and it looks the same as the old version, sorry i did not express the problem correctly

New firmware added Quickshot feature and Dynamic Home Point for Active Track Mode.
If you mean there is no Quickshot, may I know your APP version?

Crystal Sky is still running D4 App 4.1.6, Are we going to get the latest update soon???

app version is 4.1.9.

I have taken some screenshots from my device ( ASUS ZENFONE 2 ZE550ML ) so i can be more clear about my problem. Shall I try to downgrade to factory settings and try to do the update again? thanks for your help

U need the new app too! If you do a search on Google for "dji go 4 4.1.10 apk" u will find it. I have been playing with quick shots for the past two days works great with the new app

The APP built-in CrystalSky is optimized and different from APP in mobile device, but we will keep improving it to add more functions.

thanks you! i was just wondering what is the differece between the apk version and the google store one, are the same? do i risk having some issues? i only used google app app since now.... thank you for helping me clear my mind
