Hey guys im having an issue with my p4p.
It keeps coming up with a gimbal error stating it cannot recieve mc data.
Gimbal and main controler disconnected. Contact dji support if this persists after restart.
I have latest firmware.
During flight gimbal behaves unresponsive and very irratically.
I have tried restarting including changing battery nothing seems to help.
The drone has not been crashed or hard landed.
Sorry for your experience with our product, have you crashed the drone? How did this issue happen? If the drone didn't be crashed, please try to refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 to see if it works.

as far as im aware i have the latest firmware but not sure how to reinstall using dji assistant 2.
i only seem to have dji go 4 app am i missing the assistant app?

You can try to refresh the firmware. Here is the tutorial video for your reference.
Still no change after firmware refresh have done multiple gimbal calibrations.
the gimbal moves up and down fine but doesnt work correctly after about a minute after startup
ok just to give an update just checked sensor state imu appears to be disconnected.
when i click on imu calibration it comes with an error saying disconnected

Can you please post the screenshot of error message here?
3rd shot shows accelerometer and gyroscope not being detected.
i also have screen shots of main screen showing that everything apears to be ok but i noticed that the gps has no signal yet 13 satelites were detected at the time.
this video shows just one of the problems with the gimbal
Sorry that you are experiencing difficulties, since you have sent it to your dealer, I believe they will take care of it for you, hope the problem will get sorted out soon.
