I updated the DJI GO app on my iPhone.
Opened the app, it tells me to LOG IN.
However, the I cannot enter my passwork.

The "passord" section is locked/not active on my the screen.
I tap it, but nothing happenes.
I can enter my email address, but not the password.

So I deleted the app, then downloaded it again.
Same issue.

Did you completely deleted everything (folders/subfolders/cache files), rebooted the device and reinstalled?

WOW, finally got it to work...
Seems the "tap" location in the PASSWORD field is very small...

Sound stupid, but I've been tapping all over/on/around the PASSWORD field and finally the app accepted my thumb...

Delete everything???????  It's not a Windows computer, it's an iPhone. How do you reach those folders/subfolders/cache files??????

Hi.  Have the same problem that you have (had).

But whatever I do, I cannot type ANYTHING in either the line for email address or password line.

I have the same problem on all my many iPhones.
Must be a bug in the DJI ap.

I have deleted the DJI GO app, did a reset of my iPhone. Installed the DJI GO 4 app again, and: same problem.

HELP!!

I cannot fly anymore!!

I found the 'sweet spots' on the screen.
Just put your finder just 1 mm over those black lines and you can type in both email address and password.

What a STUPID interface. I've been a software tester, and I would NEVER accept such a user unfriendly design..

When, I really panicked..!

Hi and thanks for your reply!!
Have no video of it (yet), but if Install it on another IOS device, I will make a screenvideo (which is now built-in IOS 11 btw !!, nice)

I'm from the older generation (I'm 61), and I am used to a box in which you can enter the password.
Even two lines would be OK with the password in between, but not ONE line.
I just have a different logic I guess.

I used to be a technical writer/tester (software manuals), and everything I wrote in a manual was read /performed by my mum (not computer savvy). If she didn't understand what the manual told her to do, i considered it bad writing! and I corrected it.
Some peopee in that company told me that I was writing for 'complete idiots', but when the manual(s) came out, I received a LOT of emails, telling me that it was SO clearly written.
It has been my standard all my life. You can never be to clear..

I agree that a manual or a program should be as easy as possible for everyone to understand. And I appreciate your work. Hope you enjoy flying.

I really was in a hurry and missed a good shot due to that stupid glitch.
The entry field is super small since it is emty  in the first place.
how can this happen?
