Has anyone had trouble filling out the online repari contact form.  I input my name, phone number, address, city.  After city there are three drop down boxes that are blank when I click on the down arrow on the right side of the drop down box.  Each of the three boxes are blank so I am not able to input any information.  However, when I hit 'submit', I receive an error because the three boxes are blank.  There is nothing I can do so therefore, not able to submit my repair request.

Anyone one else having this problem.  I've tried both Safari and Firefox thinking it might be the browser but same issue on both.  The three boxes below outlined in red are the drop downs with no infomation but must contain some information to submit the form.

I filled out my repeat request last night and had no problem. Sorry if I broke it for you!
