What is the latest version of DJI Go 4 for iOs please?

4.1.11 is my version on Iphone 6

Confirmed. 4.1.11 on ios10.3.3

The latest version is 4.1.11 at the moment.

Many thanks all.   I have that on my iPhone but my iPad mini has not updated.   

I'm about to try deleting the app then re-installing from the App Store - I'll report on the outcome.

Yep, deleting and re-installing worked fine although a simple update wouldn't work.
