I must send my phantom 4 adv to dji service center. I try to fill out the form but there are some address fields blank and it is impossibile to write!!! (field near State). At this time I can't send my service request!!!

I had the same experience at the ssme time yesterday. However today the problem has been fixed and the address can be completed.
