What I thought would never happen, happened.

My hardshell case didn't arrive yet, so I carry my Mavic unprotected on my backpack, due to worry I always turn it on a little bit to make sure everything is ok when I get home from a trip. But this time I was in my girlfriend's house and seeing how amazed she was looking at it, I decided to fly a bit more in the house, went close to wall, the plan was to turn 180º (the wall was in front of the drone) and get back,  but suddently, due to ATTI mode, when I started yawing, at around 90 degrees, it decided to go right and hit the wall... all by itself.

I swapped the 2 props that hit the wall and locked the gimbal back in that bottom piece, turned it on and everything was fine, but then she showed me a dent on 1 of the motors metal protection thing (I wish she hadn't), I'll post a picture when I get home.

Can only the round protection around the motor be replaced? or does the whole arm have to be replaced?

We would have to examine the aircraft to make a determination on what needs to be replaced. Please contact customer support for further evaluation.

Your girlfriend would be more amazed when you had decided to fly outside instead of inside.... It is very hard to control the MP when flying inside on ATTI-mode, even if you have started in GPS-mode, be aware that ATTI-mode will kick in when GPS fails and you have to control your MP all by yourself.

My fist flight indoor was a succes, so I thought I could do it again... Bad mistake, it allmost cost me the MP, was fighting the controls to avoid flying into the wall... Landing succeeded and I promised myself NEVER, NEVER, NEVER to fly indoor again...

Ditto ! experience the same thing and it was like trying to control a wild horse...took off while I tried my best to control and land. Guess what? I never did it again.

Even if the arm with motor will have to be replaced, it'll only cost +/- US$ 33 without shipping fees.
Provided you can replace it yourself.
If you're uncomfortable with the fact to do it yourself, ask DJI support.

I haven't, I doubt there will be support for my country, but I'll give it a try.

Is it still ok to fly?

Please do an overall check first. If I were you, I would not fly it at this moment. If it is possible, I would send it for diagnosis.
