I have a question about the Plakette ( Tag ) with our information thats need to be some where in the Drone attached. So I spoke with someone in  the Online Support asking them where is the safest place to put the aluminum tag so that it doesnt have any  interference with the GPS or something else and this is what he answer me .
" I see. Here at DJI we not recommend to attached any third party items on the drone because it may affect the performance specially for your spark. In this case, that is aluminum, it may cause magnetic interference to your spark that may cause of crashed. May I suggest, Just keep that aluminum plaque with you when you are trying to fly your drone."

Any one here has any experience flying the drone with an aluminum Plakette ( Tag ) without problems ? and where did you attached on the drone.

Thanks in advance.

Perhaps print a small label (label maker) with the same information and stick that on your bird. Keep the government issued one in your pocket.
Wonder who the genius was that decided to make this a metal plate...

It's metal probably to make it fireproof.

Especially for the sparks at the moment you need them , so not only in germany , worldwide , as they are having a lot of issues i read on the forum. So if one does a runner and you cant find it anymore, maybe one day some honest person finds it and sends it to you

Yes the same thing told me DJI but it needs to be fire resistance in case of any fire accident created by the drone.

I already have a 'plakette' (tag), which is a really tiny one and fits on my spark on the side between the propeller arms. So far I had no interference. Hope it will stay so

The tag isn't there for some kind person to return it when lost. It's there for the authorities to prosecute you in the event of a claim.

When the drones weights more then 250 grams it needs to have a tag with your information

In case of a fire your little drone will likely not leave any evidence ;)

uh, aluminum is non-magnetic, so it shouldn't affect the compass.  it could affect gps signal though.

I ordered a very small plakette today, only 18x8mm in size. They say it weighs ~0.4g.
I added a photo of the inside of the spark, borrowed it from a YT video. It shows a large heatsink with fins in the middle. I imagine placing the plakette right above that huge metal structure can hardly influence radio, GPS or compass.
Camera is left side, SD card right.

Just don’t place it on top of GPS receiver. You can then calibrate compass with tag on and you shouldn’t have any problems.

This is where I have placed my one based on a recommendation given by DJI Germany and it does not cause any problems (and it is the place that you have correctly guessed to be the best):

so for warranty purposes.. in the event of crash throw aluminum tag in the last known vicinity of your drone, must land in a clearly visible manner (ontario)

Yes, if you fly in germany hen you should get such a lable. We call it "Drohnenplakette". There are currently 2 decent sellers available, these are https://shop.drohnen.de/drohnen-plakette-nano/ and https://droneparts.de/copter/dro ... m-40x20mm-feuerfest But it depends: You don't need the "Plakette" in all cases, it depends on the weight of your drone. If you need one or not, you can find out here: http://drohneversicherungsvergle ... ersicherungspflicht

Hope it helps!

They are mandatory for all drones above 250 gramms weight, thus also for the Spark. And there are many more similar offers on the market. A simple google search makes them easy to find.
