Anyone have a clue where the setting is to synchronize both cameras on a M210 so they move together? I really need the ability to not have to reposition the second camera when changing between FLIR and visual.

Certainly you want to calibrate via the Assistant 2 Software. Here is some more information  on the duel gimbal set up for the m210 :

there is a button on the screen next to the af mf button (close to the top right). it is to the right hand side and looks like a gimbaled camera.
