Something like Premiere Elements would be good.  http://www.adobe.com/au/products/premiere-elements.html

It's in the pro paradigm but is relatively inexpensive and easy to learn.  Also, it will start you down the road of pro products.

I always shoot 4k then down sample to 1080 in post.

I have a big problem  with all my videos that I was doing with my i2 x5s camera, all my images are jumping when i pen , tried to change the settings but nothing help, my you have any idea?

Hi Raf,

Thank you for your comments, much appreciated!
If your images stutter as you pan it's because you are panning too fast for your shutter speed.

To have a cinematic image your shutter speed should be 2 x your frame rate so if you shoot 25 frames per second your shutter should be 1/50 but it means you have to pan quite slowly.

If you want to pan quickly you should use a faster frame rate like 50 frames per second.

Experiment with the settings and find out what works best for you.

I am curious, why do you prefer Vimeo as your platform?

Wow.. really enjoyed this.  Loved the footage, PP editing and complimentary sound track.. Thought it was soft at first, until I changed the vimeo HD setting from 360p to 720p.. All good.  Thanks for sharing and your very helpful comments.

Thanks David, much appreciated!   Yeah, I've done some low water clips as well but do prefer the large vistas.

A few reasons.  The first is no ads, I like people to get straight to my videos.

The second is they have better security.  I often send videos to clients with passwords so they can approve before general release.  

If I were just doing personal stuff I might not be as devoted, but it works for me.  ;-)

Always great to hear from you!    Could have certainly flown down there but shot this from the top of the cliffs and was just messing around on Easter Day to escape the large family gathering for a bit.  ;-)

My videos are really just happy snaps with no real planning.  

Often when I edit I think about it for the first time and think of all these great things I could have done.

But I don't take it seriously, just a fun hobby and nice to make a quick clip once in a while!

Thanks for that!   Yeah, watching low-res clips can be very frustrating and it's nice when you find there is a better option!
