Hi, I live in Pakistan, I had an issue with my osmo+ that the live feed freezes every time I hit the record button, upon contacting DJI Support i was asked to send the device back for further investigation and for warranty claim, I went back to my dealer and my dealer sent the Osmo back but he didn't sen the battery as batteries are not allowed to be shipped internationally through Pakistan,
would it be an issue if I have not sent the battery?
and furthermore, how many days does it take for Honk Kong DJI repair center to send OSMO back??
