I have tried several times to upgrade my Mavic with the new update for the quickshot function with no luck.  Ive tried with my ipad mini 4 and my galaxy s8 plus and even my ipod.  They all say the update is complete and it shows when i go to the about page,  but no quickshot or any of the new uphrades show up.  I have updated the remote as well as the Mavic.  What am i doing wrong here guys?  Thanks......Johnny

... on previous flight I had the Quickshot option, today at my first flight NO Quickshot icon in Flight-mode menu... flew untill low battery and switched to battery 2... check again... yes Quickshot-option was available in flightmode-menu... Don't know why it didn't show up in first battery, maybe a glitch of the app.

Please check are your app, firmware of the drone and RC all up to date. If they are all updated, please provide me the screenshots of the About on General settings and the intelligent flight mode interface. Thank you.

Thor, I am using IOS and have used all the Quickshot modes. I have watched some videos of Quickshots and they seem to have both a slider for speed and a slider for distance. I only have the slider for speed. There is no slider for distance. Is the distance only available for the Spark?

Mavic has the distance settings for Quichot mode. You can try this way: click one Quickshot mode for choosing it, then click once again for setting the distance.

I am having the same problem where the quick shot flight mode is not showing up at all.  My app says 4.1.9,  Version # (01.04.0000) the aircraft database and app database are (01.00.01.05) for both.  Is there a problem here?

Yeah...assuming you are using Android, quickshots aren't available in 4.1.9.  You need 4.1.10, which hasn't been widely released yet.   Take a look at the firmware thread.

It is a matter of refreshing everything. Was version of  firmware are you using? Did you update the app after the latest firmware update? What type of mobile device are you using?

Yes, thanks. I found that it does not show up if you have the histogram down the bottom left side. I moved the histogram to the top and the distance slider appeared.

Hi there, Quickshot mode is available with the DJI GO 4 app's version on or higher than 4.1.10, both suitable for iOS and Android device. And for android device, DJI GO 4 v4.1.10 has released by stage, you can check whether you can update.
