I have not been able to activate the QR code on my new Mavic. I get Identification failure. I am using RC mode. should I be using Hifi?

Sorry for the trouble that has been caused, please try to connect your mobile device and RC via the USB cable, then activate the drone.

HI Susan, It is still not working. I get "failed to set. check connection between DJI device and Mobile phone. Error code 256"

the connection to my cell phone is good. what next?
