I am experiencing noticeable wobble in the lower half of the video scene. Is this a defective gimbal? Have others noticed similar issues? See video sample below:

I've not seen this before.
Some questions:
- What mode are you flying in (possibly Sports mode?)
- Is it in every shot you take?
- Is this behavior or has it always been like this? (if new, when did it start)
- I think these files were taken from the SD card right?
- Do you have different batteries and is it with all of them?

Ok, do you use any filters or so on the gimbal?

It could be a sensor issue. What version of firmware are you using?

This is a jello effect caused by vibrations the gimbal is not able to compensate.

I suggest you replace all you propellers with the replacement set to check if it's not due to an imbalance.
If it does not help, try filming while holding your Spark in hand (to simulate flight).

In the end, it could be a gimbal defect.

check the gimbal itself to see if there is anything bent as well.

i'd check over all of the prop blades and hubs, the jelly screen is due to a camera vibration.  I found two cracked props that flew fine before other than being a little louder than normal.  if you've crashed at all, even a light tap against a wall can start a crack/tear in a blade.

Did you use a" speed reduce-tool" for editing the video...?

looks like jello effect - usually happens when excessive vibration f/AC body &/or props causes the gimbal to shake

Ktrap, did you crash your drone before? What is the version of your app? Please export the flight data for us to locate the problem. Thanks for your support.

Check your props for damage, take them off and check the legs. If your props are damaged they could be introducing major vibrations that the gimbal dampers cant handle. Check your gimbal, is it obstructed by anything does it move freely. The jellow effect is due to vibrations translating from the body to the gimbal. The gimbal has rubber buffers that fit between it and the mount that normally absorb these vibrations.

If you look down the front of your spark you can just see them.

You can see them clearly here.

No crashes. I replaced the props last week, the jelly effect is still there. I’ll export the flight data and upload.

Hi, we have checked your flight data and found the gimbal vibration was abnormal. May i ask has your drone experienced a collision? We do recommend you to send it for repair.

no collisions. I replaced the blades. I'll test it out and see if the wobble is still there. If it is now would I go about sending it for repair? I also have DJI refresh care plan.
