Got a z axis, car clamp etc and Im assuming theyre all compatable but just want to check if anyone could advise?

Sorry, the Z axis and car clamp of Osmo are not compatible with Osmo Pro since Osmo Pro is too heavy.

Next question.. I'm obviously wanting to upgrade my Osmo 1. If I was to buy an Osmo pro combo I understand that motion time lapse and slow motion aren't supported by the Z5 camera as featured on the Osmo plus.

If I was to keep my X3 camera, would the features of the Osmo plus, such as the motion time lapse be supported if used  the controller from the Pro combo with my x3 camera?

In other words I want the best of both worlds!!!

I'm so sorry for the late response because of Chinese National Holiday.
The handle of Osmo series products is the same.
When you mount X3 (Osmo) or X3 Zoom (Osmo+), there will be time-lapse and slow motion features. But Osmo doesn't support Motion Time-lapse at present.
When you mount X5 camera, there would be no such features.
