Quadcopter with E1200 pro
Have plans to build a quadcopter with E1200 pro
where it will lift up to 7kg all in all
Does anyone have experience with these motor
can they do it?

I have them on a S900.  Based on the specs, Takeoff Weight Max        1700 g/rotor (Sea Level), that should work.

where do you see the specifications
max take off weight 1700 g
can only see recommended  take off weight 1400 g

no, I have not found anything there either
since it's not a s900
I will build
but can see the  e1200 pro have  a max trust of 3900g
then it should be possible and lift up to 8 kg at 50% throttle
and because I only need it for photography
and if you can count on the specifications
then should the motors  not become overloaded too much
what do you think

Take a few test flights with your set up to make sure that everything is functioning as should be.

You would be best to make sure that everything is working up to speed. Hard to say based on hypothetical. Best to test fly it to see in a controlled setting.
