Ok here we go! I noticed that I had a update on my iPhone so I did it knowing of all the problems with the birds firmware but I did it anyway. Now I usually use a android note book but for some reason I could not get it to connect. I used my iPhone 5s and when I got everything connected it told me to connect the USB to the bird I ignored it because I was by a lake and didn't want to go swimming today.Is this something that maybe I should do or should I hold off ? New owner of P4p scared to death to update anything don't know if I will get it back.

Are you talking about the GO4 update , or ios 11?

Are you currently having problems with the firmware? What type of Android are you using? What version of firmware are you with the aircraft and remote? Same question with the App-what version are you using?

How did I no someone was going to ask me that. I'm not sure what note book it is it's company issued and as far as the updates go what ever they had on the day I got the AC they all got put on the same day don't know how to check to tell you what version they might be

Don't no if this helps the note book is a Samsung Android version 6.0.1? Go 4 version 4.1.9.

No i can't say but properly you should have made a new thread for this Q.

With the info you provide i would thnik you are playing back NTSC recordings on Pal equipment or something like that. Perhaps you have some issues with framerate.
