The DJI Media Maker program has shown it is superior for stitching panos over what the Spark can do.
However, it is not any good at vertical panos.
But, there is an answer. A free software program called Microsoft ICE (Image Compisite Editor)
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/ ... e-composite-editor/
Below are examples. One stitched in Media Maker and One in ICE. Notice the MM one is distorted badly.
Additionally, in the ICE program, you can manipulate the type of distortion in a pano and even almost eliminate it all together.

Yes i like ICE using it results in a nice stitched image without ghosting, but if the stitching has some shifting areas like a mismatch ill use  Autostitch from BC university, it stitches and blends the photos better but has a ghosting issue, guess the ideal stitching software has not arrived yet. http://matthewalunbrown.com/autostitch/autostitch.html

Turn the 3 vertical panos 90 degree left or right, and DJI Media Maker works, too!

btw:
Media maker is also "shrinking" the 21 Panos, if you want.
I selected out of the 7x3 already 3x2, 5x2, 3x3, did put 'em in a folder and got my stitched smaller "Panos"

So I will try, next time, if I can do my "wish" Panos, with down angled cam, and single shots this way

sometimes being to close to the object in which you are doing a PANO may cause issues when stitching as images looks distorted.

I am playing with that, in tripod mode and single shots, stitching em with DJI's Media Maker.
It needs a bit more attention, but instead of taking 3 from top to bottom, like the auto pano is doing, starting the picture taking on one cam angle level, from left to right, down, right to left, down, left to right, seems to work, too.
And in tripod mode, you can set the 1. angle up in the sky.

Based on your recommendation, I just downloaded and tried Microsoft ICE. It is fantastic! Thank you for the information. Bye by DJI Spark logos in my pano photos.
