Hello Again, I'm William, First i Use The Matrice 210 With Zenmuse XT and X4S, I use it for Safety and Patrol at the Mountains... the question is, can we unlock the maximum altitude? because DJI Lock it at 500M, so i Can Travel and patrol at the back of the Mountains without go to the top of the mountain first...

Do you have the Assistant 2 software on your computer? Have you made any calibrations on that? What type of controller are you using?

Have you checked in the Pilot App? If you are unable to go over 500 meters as set in the App, that may be the most altitude that you can go. Here is a link for the Specs on the Matrice 210: http://www.dji.com/matrice-200-series/info#specs
