I have a brand new mavic. I received it a few days ago to replace my original that was lost to the sea. So I know how a mavics gimbal should behave. When I point the camera straight down I get massive shake on the video when I then move the mavic, as seen in this video.

On startup the mavic calibrates the gimbal very violently as seen in this video.

I ordered from DJI. Can I just return this defective unit and have a brand new replacement provided? I don't want to deal with repair on a brand new unit. I also don't want to get a refurb on something that should be brand new. Please advise.
Just to verify, the gimbal will return back to the center after self-checking, right? How about when the gimbal is pointing ahead? Please help to check the gimbal like the below tutorial mentioned, and update all the firmware to the latest version, if the issue persists, please contact our support support.us@dji.com and send it back and we will take care of it for you.
