DJI GO 4 sync failure since last App upgrade

Since the last upgrade (4.1.11), I have had repeatedly received “sync failure” messages.  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, is there a workaround?

No I have not had that problem but sometimes the DJI servers can be slow or down so I suggest you just retry after a few hours.

Thanks for the reply
Yes, they have both been scrubbed and reinstalled twice.
I have tried multiple attempts to sync from both apps to no avail

Noted with thanks! Does the issue appears in several flight records or all flight records? Please try to export the failed synced flight records manually and PM me your DJI account, I'll help to look into it.

For Android devices, connect the device to the computer, find the flight records stored in …\DJI\dji.pilot\FlightRecord\, and copy the required flight records to the computer.
For iOS devices, connect the device to the computer, launch the iTunes, find the flight records in the DJI GO app, and copy the FlightRecord folder to the computer.
