I am looking for a video sharing website that works well both in and outside of China, and provides good quality (YouTube quality is good enough).

Unfortunately, all high profile sites (like YouTube or Vimeo) are blocked in China. The popular Chinese sites that I found (Youku, Tudou, Bilibili, etc.) use a very low bitrate and have bad quality. They also watermark the image, which I strongly dislike.

An obvious choice for drone videos would be Skypixel. The reason why I do not like it is that it is extremely slow in my location (Europe). I cannot even watch 720p content without constant buffering.  But perhaps it works well in China?
