Unable to update my firmware!!

Hello everyone, I can not update the ac firmware, the rc can do it independently with the assitance 2, but I always have to go back to the factory firmware to be able to fly, try with dji go app, with assistance 2 (together and separately) (with windows and with ios) (full batteries always), always says "failed the update" and try again .. the error that is thrown is the "undefined 0x020106" .. if anyone passes or step and can give me a hand I will be grateful

The beta is available to your account, now you can upgrade version 1.3.8.10. Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.

I do not have the option to choose that version, i can choose between v.01.04.0000 or v01.03.1000

Sorry for the late reply, the beta should be available to your account, please refer to my answer on 4#. But please kindly note that you got the same error code like the OP posted, or the beta won't help.

Please make sure that you had logged in the right account that you provide me above, it was released to the account you offered. Now have you updated the AC's firmware? If yes, please update your RC, too. Either DJI GO 4 or DJI Assistant 2 will do the RC's update.

I too have the same error code when upgrading my Mavic. It will fail on the Assistant on PC, and on the phone app through Android. My RC was successfully updated however, through the assistant. My email is: gilbertgil@gmail.com Thank you

The beta should be available to your account days ago. Had you received and upgraded it? Let me know if you still have problems on it.

disregard the above... I had a faulty SD card so the REC step wasn't working, SD card replaced now and sucesfully upgraded!!

Jim, sorry for your trouble. Could you please provide me with the specific firmware of you Mavic Pro and the error message? To confirm if the beta firmware works in your case. Look forward to your reply.
