I bought my Mavic pro since october 6 2017. When I want activate my Mavic on last step, a message appears : Check your internet connection. The activation process requires internet access to link your aircraft to your account. I have tried on wifi and 3G. I have also tried on another android. Same thing. Does this update server cause this problem?

Hello... It is Oct 8 evening in Europe, the online service is still not available...

Have you activated the drone? It is should work now.

I will try tomorrow. I have fogotten my drone in the garage of my friend.

I have gotten my drone. Still doesn't work.

Try to reinstall the APP, then try it again. Besides, please try to activate it via an Apple device if you can.

I don't have apple. I'm android.

Reinstall the app was the first trying I did the first day.

Same trouble this morning at 09:00 AM. The drone must have a trouble. The server must be ok ?

Would you please provide us the serial number of the drone and the screenshot of error message? We will escalate to our engineers to look into, thanks.

So how come the support page shows it's still under maintenance?

Great !!!! I found the solution last monday with the seller. I have tried his Iphone and it has worked. My android version has not worked with the Mavic. So after activation with Iphone, I did a trying with my Galaxy Note 2 and all options appeared. But the picture didn't appear. I have bought a galaxy tab A 6 version 5.1 7 inch screen. Now I'm really enjoying my Mavic Pro.

In resume, it was my android version the problem. Version 4.4.2.
