Today went to the DJI flagship store as that's what support told me can do. Keep in mind I only have my spark for 2 days and notice on the first video it's problematic footage.
The service department employee look at my problematic footage and said need to send it back to factory. I was like WTF! I had it for 2 days, it's within 7days can return or within 15days exchange.
I was thinking DJI seem like a respectable company and maybe handle things like Apple or at least a little bit like it. Aruged with the employee who seemed laughing inside and took satisfaction in saying have to send it back and will take about 2 weeks. This shi**y DJI support service is a joke, there is no service, you got it your product for 1 minute if it has problem their flagship store can't help you, they'll send it back and you wait for god knows how long. F**k... I wish gopro drone get better, don't wanna deal with DJI bs. First one fell from sky completely not my fault as flight log shows, have to fork out $350 to get a new one, and now they gave me a defect, and now have to wait and back and forth this BS. |
