Since the last two upgrades (4.1.11 and .12), I have had repeatedly received “sync failure” messages at 97% uploaded. .  Has anyone else had this problem?  If so, is there a workaround?

On what devices.

I use an iPad mini 4, and have no problems, running most current iOS, FW, GO4 app, geofence. Sorry to hear you are having problems.

It might happen when there is a internet error, you can try to sync again. Or you can PM me your DJI email account and tell me the latest record you had and I'll help to check.
