hi Everyone,

Please help if you can
I am a newbie of this Osmo Mobile product
just bought this wonderful device
sorry if these issues has been post before

I just found that I am having a tough time learning / adjusting to my new Osmo Mobile
I wonder if any of you expert out there can share some insight please

First issue, the trigger hold down does not work
I read and fully understood if you hold it down, the device does not do auto tracking
am I correct? please correct me if I am wrong
Reason why this is an important factor to me because
I take many close up video of panning across an object
such as a wedding album, flower decoration etc...
and I want a stablized 2-4 seconds footage of a panning shot

Second issue, the joystick
the default setting is odd
when I press the joystick to the left, it moves the cam to the right
vs. versa
I also read somewhere that you can remap the joystick movement but I am unable to find the
configuration setting in the app.
I am using iphone 7 by the way and I downloaded the DJI GO app

Hi Terry, for the first question, you must keep pressing the Trigger button to lock Pan.
For the second one, please change the joystick in Gimbal Settings.

the 1st question, I tried, did not work
and I asked DJI support, they said the unit might be defective, but I bought 2 of them
and both did the same thing.
As for the 2nd question, I will try it tonight

It would be better to take a short video about your first problem for analysis if possible.
