[size=14.666666984558105px]I tried to fly my Mavic today, but could not log into the GO4 App with either my iPhone 6+ or my iPad air2. The email and password blocks are grayed out so that I can't even begin to enter my info. Has anyone else experienced this?[size=14.666666984558105px]I am running the latest software iOs 11 on both devices.

You might need to click the block until the keyboard shows. I have no problem with my iPhone 7+.
If still no success, would you mind using the screen record function of iOS 11 to record the operating procedure video for me to check? Appreciate it.

I had a similar problem with my iPad after the recent update to the Go4 app.  I read somewhere online that you need to repeatedly try tapping on the screen all around the work password and eventually it will work.  I think one of the suggestions was that slightly below the word passwprd works best.  I tried this and eventually it worked.  I would suggest trying this.

I also had a similar problem with my iPad mini 2 after the recent update to the Go4 app. When I launced the DJI GO 4 App it displayed a DJi promotional video and I was prompted to either sign into my DJI Account or sign-up I tried to log into account and got a couple of errors that my username and password were not correct. So I logged into my account over internet and eliminated the username password error after about 10 tries it finally logged into account you just have to keep trying.
