Hi there! I use one of those simple plastic RC joystick protections, with a strap that goes around the Spark RC. Unfortunately, as you can see in the image, it erased the details about the Spark SSID and the password. Besides the RC Network name and the default password (which I think to be "12341234"), is there any other important info here? If yes, how can I retrieve it?

No that’s it easy to remember.

Nothing important rather than the SSID ( you can see it in your mobile wifi ) and the password ( 12341234 ) when you forget just ask about the RC default password.

Is your mobile device still able to read the QR code? You can always review the steps to link the remote to the aircraft on page 38: https://dl.djicdn.com/downloads/ ... ser+Manual+V1.4.pdf

You could try to hook it up to DJI Assistant 2, it has a Wifi tab

Nothing important than the WiFi SSID and password. To reset the WiFi settings, you can press and hold the power button for 9 seconds when the RC is on, then the password and the SSID will back to default.

The Spark RC can't be connected to the DJI Assistant 2, but the Spark can.
