I have this same issue. I have tried to update it through DJI Assistant 2 and DJI Go App which are the latest versions right now. How can I address this issue? I have urgent work that should be done as soon as possible, but this forces me to stay back.
Hi yowich, may I know which drone do you refer to? Are you updating the aircraft firmware or the database? Please kindly provide us with the screenshot of error message, we'd like to check, thank you! |
