I just got my spark out and noticed there was a scratch on the 3D sensing lens - will this affect the way it flies?

I don't think that that kind of scratch can affect the performance of your craft....

As long as your Spark is not complaining (beeping), there is something close in front even if there is nothing in 5+m distance, it should not matter.

Just to verify, have you activated the drone? Does the issue appear when it was out of the box? Please kindly offer the serial number of aircraft, I'd like to check.
