Hello,

On September 28th I ordered two sets of 8331 props from DJI directly after receiving my second notification for availability after having missed the first email notification.  I was charged through Paypal immediately as is normal.  I did not receive any notification from DJI for a shipping date and have still not heard anything.  Anyone else order these and not hear anything in regards to shipping yet?  All I have is the Paypal receipt.  

Unfortunately this seems to be the norm for dji. You order then wait for the ‘shipped’ email. I ordered the 27th, still nothing.

Same here. 2nd notice so i ordered on the 28th. no shipping notice yet...

I ordered on the first notice of September 27th they told me 2 days later that it would be sent out October 4th well that came and went and now they tell me they have no clue when they will be shipped out....quick to take the money tho! Honestly what did they have like 10 pairs in factory? What company does this seriously it's 2017 get with it DJI...sorry little hot right now!

I ordered the new low noise props and Platinum batteries (since I got notified they were available) plus a  pair of sparks props and that was 3 weeks ago and still waiting for them to come.

Anybody from DJI want to comment on what’s going on?

Reminds me of my first mavic order, quick to charge me for $1300.... then..... crickets chirping.

According to the web's shipping notification, the estimated time for shipping is 15-20 business days after payment confirmation, so if you had paid, please kindly wait for the shipping. Appreciate your patience.
