Doesn't say if it includes double the vendors warranty, but it does include Costco Tech Support which can really cut through the red tape with some vendors products...only one battery with this.  Amazon has a similar kit with 2 batteries but no shoulder bag.  But the warranty would make it a COSTCO buy for me.
