We apologize firstly for the unpleasant experience, but please allow me to explain the process.
1. The package arrived at facility on 28th, Sept, and was registered in our system on 2nd, October, this was delayed because of weekend, but we registered the package on Monday immediately. Sorry to have kept you waiting.
2. After 2 days' damage assessment, the quotation was sent to you with DJI Care Refresh, but we have stated in the email ''you have purchased DJI Care Refresh. If you want to replace your aircraft under DJI Care Refresh, click "Pay". After the payment is confirmed, DJI will send a replacement aircraft to you'', Of course if you would like to pay for repair, you can contact our support to modify the quotation. And our support has replied your email about your query.
3. AUD $169 is the price for DJI Care Refresh, but we offers up to two full replacements at additional charge, the first time replacement fee is AUD $139, the second time replacement fee is AUD $199.
