Hello Everyone, I recently purchased a Phantom 4 Pro and Haven’t be able to fly it yet. Today I went outside to fly for the first time and the DJI 4 go app just froze and won’t let me do anything I have an iphone 8 plus on the latest firmware. Does any one have fix or can help?

Just to verify, have you tried to re-install the APP? Alternatively, you can connect iTunes to refresh the iOS.

Yes did all of that and same results.

What are the operations before and when the APP freezing? Could you please provide us a short video about it?
